This year we have not one, not two, but THREE amazing holiday shows that will allow more people to purchase unique handmade gifts and keep their money in the buckeye state this holiday season. Don't miss our first ever VINTAGE MARKETPLACE on Sunday December 4th at Brookshire!
HOW DO I APPLY?
Applicants should email a description and pictures of their product(s) with the subject “Made Local Marketplace” to or fill out the contact form here
If you would like to apply for more than one event you must fill out separate applications for each. When filling out your application please select the event you would like to participate in.
Space is limited. Vendors will be given priority on a first-come, first-serve basis based upon review of work. If you are not accepted, please know that we expect to receive hundreds of applications and we will not be able to accommodate all applicants.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Fall Show (October 1st 2016) at Bridgewater Banquet Center - 8 foot table - $110.00
Made LOCAL Marketplace Holiday #1 (December 3rd 2016) at Brookshire - $200.00
Made LOCAL Marketplace Vintage Marketplace (December 4th 2016) at Brookshire $200.00
Made LOCAL Marketplace Holiday Show #2 (December 10th 2016) at Bridgewater Banquet Center - $200.00
Ohio Creative Collective Premium and Platinum Members receive a $10.00 discount on their table fee.
PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN ACCEPTANCE EMAIL WE WILL SEND A PAYPAL INVOICE
All applications received for the Fall Show, Holiday Show #1, Vintage Marketplace, and Holiday Show #2 will be juried in the order they are received. Accepted vendors will be notified and an invoice will be sent. Once the invoice is paid your table/space will be secured. We will continue to accept vendors and send invoices to accepted applicants until all of the spaces are full (this could take one week or several months - if you would like to participate DON"T WAIT to apply because once all of the spaces are filled applications will be be closed) paying for your table/space is the only way to secure your space. You MUST wait to receive an invoice, please do not send us payments as it is imperative for us to keep track of who has paid for which event.

Fall Show and Holiday Show #2 - Space is an 8 foot table only. Each table will come with 1 chair. Table cloths will NOT be provided so please bring your own.
Holiday Show # 1 and Vintage Marketplace - You will be provided an 8x8 foot space. Tables and chairs will not be provided.
MORE INFORMATION
Promotion of each vendor will be given on our social media sites, and website. Each show will be marketed heavily through advertising in local papers, online event listings, our website/blog, outdoor advertising, flyers and posters will be distributed, social media, and at Simply Vague stores.
No outside food will be allowed inside the facilities. (This does not include food vendors)

Set up begins at 7:00am the day of the show
Breakdown is from 4:00pm-5:00pm
Vintage Marketplace (December 3rd) and Vintage Marketplace (December 4th) at Brookshire
Set up begins at 9:30am the day of the show
Breakdown is from 6:00pm-7:00pm
No early breakdowns are accepted; all vendors must stay until the end of the event(s)
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you need to cancel, we do not offer refunds since a portion of all proceeds is donated to charity. In addition it takes time for us to find new vendors and make arrangements to fill the table space.
